Each product is made to order with care and intention. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Withdrawal
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with legal requirements.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Voluntary Exchanges & Goodwill Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, NASHE offers a voluntary goodwill policy:
- Exchanges may be offered for size issues or alternative items, subject to availability
- Store credit or replacements may be offered at our discretion
This goodwill policy does not replace your statutory right of withdrawal.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description
In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or refund, and no return of the defective item is required.
Items Excluded from Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that are clearly personalized or custom-made according to customer specifications
- Worn, washed, or damaged items caused by improper handling
Return Process
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
As products are manufactured on demand through external production partners, returns cannot be sent to the production facility. After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events (e.g. weather conditions, strikes)
The following are not considered defects:
- Minor printing variations
- Slight color differences between screen and print
- Natural variations inherent to the production process
