Each product is made to order with care and intention. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you or that third party take physical possession of the last item.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email or post, before the withdrawal period expires:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may send us your withdrawal statement at any time after placing your order, including before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@nashe-shop.com so we can try to stop fulfilment and shipping. If the order has already entered production or been dispatched, this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal unless a legal exception applies.
Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this 14-day period has expired.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise
- You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop
- You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds After Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Voluntary Exchanges & Goodwill Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, NASHE offers a voluntary goodwill policy:
- Exchanges may be offered for size issues or alternative items, subject to availability
- Store credit or replacements may be offered at our discretion
This goodwill policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue, where possible
- A short description
We will handle valid claims at no cost to you. This section does not limit your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Items Excluded from Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. Standard made-to-order or print-on-demand production alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal where the product has not been made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.
Return Process
Please contact us before posting a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Products must not be sent to our external production partners.
Contacting us for return instructions does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal, provided your clear withdrawal statement is sent within the applicable deadline.
Model Withdrawal Form
You may use our model withdrawal form to notify us of your withdrawal, but using the form is not mandatory.
Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events, such as weather conditions or strikes
The following are not necessarily defects:
- Minor printing variations
- Slight color differences between screen and print
- Natural variations inherent to the production process
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
