1. Scope of Application

This website is operated by NASHE, based in Vienna, Austria. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to NASHE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., and fulfillment is provided by our print-on-demand partner Printful.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have parental consent. You may not use our site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Modifications to the Service and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or price without prior notice.

4. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, product descriptions, prices, or availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct such information and cancel orders if necessary.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse this site, violate any laws, infringe on rights of others, or spread malware or harmful content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

All products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee suitability, accuracy, or completeness. NASHE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Liability for minor negligence is excluded where legally possible.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Austrian courts.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. You should regularly check this page for updates.

9. Products & Services

Products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns are accepted only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products. Product images are shown as accurately as possible but may vary depending on your display.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only to countries within the European Union (EU) & Switzerland. Shipping to non-EU or international destinations is not available at this time, but may be offered in the future. All products are produced on demand and fulfilled through our production partner Printful. Estimated production and delivery times are shown during the checkout process and may vary by destination.

11. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

According to EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
However, since our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), this right only applies to unused and non-personalized items.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 18 FAGG:

products manufactured according to customer specifications, or

products clearly tailored to personal needs.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

defective items

incorrect items

damaged items

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to post any offensive, illegal, or harmful content. We reserve the right (but not obligation) to remove such content.

15. Termination

Both you and NASHE may terminate this agreement at any time. We may also suspend your access if you violate any terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and NASHE and supersede all prior versions. Any ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
