All NASHE products are made to order and produced specifically for you after your purchase. Production is handled by our trusted fulfillment partner.

2-5 business days (before shipment)
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally, including EU countries and Switzerland.
Delays & Responsibility
While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note:
- Delivery times are not guaranteed
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays may occur
- NASHE remains your contractual partner and will assist you in case of delivery issues, but such delays do not automatically entitle to compensation

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
