Sustainability & Product Safety

This page provides transparent and legally relevant information in accordance with the European General Product Safety Regulation (EUGPSR - Regulation (EU) 2023/988).

Sustainability

NASHE follows a made-to-order production model, meaning products are manufactured only after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Production is carried out by professional fulfillment and manufacturing partners, including Printful, operating in accordance with applicable environmental, labor, and supply-chain standards.

Where feasible, packaging materials are selected to minimize environmental impact. Sustainability measures may vary depending on product type, production location, and material availability.

Product Safety

NASHE products are designed for everyday wear, including collections for adults, adolescents, and children, depending on the specific product.

  • Products intended for children are clearly labeled with appropriate age recommendations
  • Certain products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to potential choking hazards (e.g. small parts, drawstrings)
  • We do not sell toys, electronic devices, food items, cosmetics, or personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Printing inks used are water-based and comply with applicable industry safety standards, depending on the production provider and product type
  • All products are manufactured in accordance with applicable EU product safety requirements

Safety characteristics and suitability may vary depending on the specific product, size, and intended use. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
