Return & Exchange Policy

At NASHE, every piece is made just for you — but we still want you to feel 100% confident when ordering.

That’s why we offer a 14-day exchange policy for most orders.
If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ll help you find the perfect replacement.

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

Size issues (we’ll help you find the right one)

Change of mind

Unsatisfied fit or feel

Include your order number and a short explanation

We’ll guide you through the exchange process

❗Important:

Items must be unworn and unwashed

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

We currently do not offer refunds – but you’ll receive store credit or a replacement item of equal value

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Include a clear photo and short description of the issue

We’ll send you a free replacement – no need to return the item

📦 Return Instructions

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.

As we work with a print-on-demand partner (Printful), returns cannot be sent to the printing facility.
We’ll provide you with the correct return address after reviewing your request.
